The camp is for children ages 4 to 12. Groups are organized by age so every child trains and plays with kids at their level.
No. No experience is needed — the camp works just as well for a first-timer as for a child already in our regular program.

Yes. You can book individual weeks or even single days, subject to availability in the age group.
Comfortable clothes to move in, a water bottle and lunch. We provide the snack. Training is barefoot.
