Schedules are assigned based on each athlete's level. At the evaluation we confirm which one fits and how many days a week she trains.
EGA's route is built so every athlete moves up when she's ready, not before.

The bridge to the team. Girls ages 4 to 7 and boys 5 to 10, training with competition in mind.
USAG or AAU, with a full competition calendar and high-performance training.

Through an evaluation. A coach watches her train, assesses her level and tells you honestly what the next step is — even if that step is staying in recreational a while longer.
Yes. Many athletes come to us from other clubs. At the evaluation we review her current level and place her where she belongs.
It depends on the level. XCEL teams train three to five days in 2.5-hour blocks in the afternoon. AAU teams train two days from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. The full table is above.
They're two different federations, each with its own competition circuit and level progression. USAG uses the XCEL system (Bronze through Platinum, plus Optional 6–10) and AAU has its Bronze and Silver levels. At the evaluation we'll guide you on which fits better.
